REFUND POLICY

The Organizer guarantees a refund in case of event cancellation. An event is considered canceled if the Organizer publishes an official notice on the website https://4ones.net and/or by sending an e-mail to the Buyer.
Refunds are made in the amount of the actual payment made by the Buyer, excluding service fees/payment system and bank commissions (if applicable).
Refunds are processed to the same bank card or payment method used for the payment within 7 (seven) business days after the submission of the refund request following the official cancellation notice.

Paid tickets are not subject to refund or exchange at the Buyer’s initiative (including non-attendance, change of plans, late arrival, etc.).

For electronic tickets, the refund condition in case of cancellation is the annulment of the e-ticket (revocation of access rights in the system). Refunds are not provided for tickets that have been used/redeemed, show signs of forgery, modification, or duplication.

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

on the provision of services for the sale of electronic tickets for events

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (hereinafter — the Offer).
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this Offer is the Buyer’s actions to place an Order and pay for an e-ticket. From the moment of payment, an electronic agreement between the Organizer and the Buyer is concluded.
1.3. The terms of the Offer are the same for all Buyers. The Organizer may update the Offer by publishing a new version on the website https://4ones.net. Updates apply to legal relations arising after publication.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1. Organizer — Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Androsyuk Volodymyr Yuriyovych, TIN 3219015692, address: Ukraine, 02132, Kyiv, Sadova Street 73-A, Building 236; e-mail: 4ones.info@gmail.com, tel.: +38 (067) 323-46-19; selling e-tickets under the brand “4 ones” through the website https://4ones.net.
2.2. Website — the set of web pages in the 4ones.net domain (including ticket sales subpages).
2.3. Buyer — a capable natural person who purchases an e-ticket for themselves and/or for a third party.
2.4. Visitor — the Buyer or another person for whom an e-ticket was purchased and who gains the right to access the event.
2.5. Electronic ticket / E-ticket — an electronic document with a unique identifier (QR code/barcode), confirming the Visitor’s right to single access to the event at a specific date/time/place.
2.6. Order — a set of selected e-tickets and, if available, related services, confirmed by the Buyer and accepted for payment.
2.7. Ticket Price — the cost of the access service to the event; does not include bank/payment commissions and service fees unless otherwise explicitly indicated on the sales page.
2.8. Payment Service — licensed internet acquiring/payment services (for example, Visa/Mastercard acquiring, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) through which payments are processed. The Organizer may use one or several Payment Services without exclusivity.
2.9. Service Rules — rules set by the Organizer regarding conduct/dress code/age restrictions (for certain events, 21+ may apply), venue policies, etc.

3. GENERAL TERMS

3.1. E-tickets are sold exclusively under the terms of this Offer, subject to its full acceptance by the Buyer. Partial acceptance is not allowed.
3.2. Purchasing an e-ticket confirms the Organizer’s obligation to provide the Visitor with access upon presentation of a valid e-ticket and compliance with the Service Rules.
3.3. The Organizer may change the program, time, or place of the event for technical/organizational reasons, with public notice on the website and/or individual notification to the Buyer.

4. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER

4.1. Provision to the Buyer of access services to entertainment, music, cultural, and other events organized by the Organizer by selling e-tickets through https://4ones.net. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Ticket Price and comply with the terms of the Offer.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER

5.1. Acceptance is carried out by the Buyer through the following actions:
(a) selecting the event/tickets;
(b) filling in the required data;
(c) confirming acquaintance with the Offer;
(d) paying for the Order.
5.2. Payment confirms that the Buyer has received complete and accurate information about the event, price, conditions of attendance, refund policy, and Organizer’s contacts.

6. TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURE

6.1. Orders are placed on the website https://4ones.net with subsequent redirection to the secure payment page of the relevant Payment Service.
6.2. Payment is considered completed upon confirmation of a successful transaction by the Payment Service or upon receipt of funds into the Organizer’s account.
6.3. After successful payment, the e-ticket is sent to the Buyer’s e-mail (and/or available for download on the confirmation screen).
6.4. Entry to the event is granted upon presentation of the e-ticket on a mobile device screen or in printed form. The Buyer/Visitor must keep the e-ticket secure to avoid unauthorized copying/sharing with third parties.

7. PAYMENT AND CURRENCY

7.1. Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard and/or other methods available through the connected Payment Services on the Website.
7.2. On the Ukrainian version of the Website, prices are indicated in hryvnias (UAH). On other language versions, currency indicators may be for reference only; settlements are made in UAH.

8. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

8.1. Paid e-tickets are not subject to refund or exchange at the Buyer’s initiative.
8.2. In case of event cancellation by the Organizer, funds are refunded to the same card or payment method used for payment within 7 (seven) business days after submitting a request, minus service fees and payment commissions (if applicable).
8.3. In case of event postponement, the e-ticket remains valid for the new date; upon the Buyer’s request, a refund may be issued under clause 8.2.

9. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The Buyer has the right to:
— purchase e-tickets within available categories;
— receive information about the event and conditions of attendance;
— request a refund in cases provided by this Offer.

The Buyer is obliged to:
— provide accurate personal data;
— comply with the Service Rules (including age restrictions/dress code for certain events);
— not disclose or copy the e-ticket to third parties.

The Organizer has the right to:
— change the program, time, or place of the event with public notice;
— refuse entry in case of violation of Service Rules (including alcohol/drug intoxication, aggressive behavior, non-compliance with dress code/age restrictions).

The Organizer is obliged to:
— grant access to the event upon presentation of a valid e-ticket;
— timely inform about cancellations/postponements and refund procedures;
— process personal data in accordance with Section 12 of this Offer.

10. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

10.1. The Agreement terminates at the Buyer’s initiative without refund if the Visitor does not use the e-ticket (non-attendance, lateness, etc.) or violates the Service Rules.
10.2. The Agreement terminates at the Organizer’s initiative in case of event cancellation — with a refund under Section 8.

11. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

11.1. The Parties are liable in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and this Offer.
11.2. The Organizer is not responsible for:
(a) the Buyer’s subjective evaluation of the event quality/expectations;
(b) failures of telecommunications/postal services;
(c) actions of third parties (security, venue administration, etc.).
11.3. The Parties are released from liability for the period of force majeure (military actions, state of emergency, epidemics/quarantine, government bans, natural disasters, blackouts, cyberattacks, etc.) with proper documentary confirmation.

12. CONFIDENTITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (PRIVACY POLICY)

12.1. By providing data when placing an Order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
12.2. Data composition: full name, e-mail, phone, billing details; payment data is processed exclusively by the Payment Services on their secure pages.
12.3. Purpose of processing: order fulfillment, communication regarding the event, accounting, Organizer’s legal compliance, informing about changes/postponements/cancellations.
12.4. Storage term and place: within the period necessary for fulfillment of the Agreement and legal requirements (tax accounting, etc.).
12.5. Disclosure to third parties: access may be granted to service providers (hosting/payment service/e-mail distribution) to the extent necessary for fulfillment of the Agreement, as well as in cases required by law.
12.6. Data subject rights: access, correction, restriction of processing, objection, deletion in cases provided by law. Inquiries — at 4ones.info@gmail.com.
12.7. Cookies: the Website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. The user may restrict them in the browser settings (which may affect some website features).

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if unresolved — in court according to the legislation of Ukraine and established jurisdiction.

14. OTHER CONDITIONS

14.1. Communication with the Buyer is carried out by e-mail/phone provided during Order placement.
14.2. Invalidity of a particular provision of the Offer does not affect the validity of other provisions.
14.3. The latest version of the Offer is always available at https://4ones.net.
